Our Partners

We collaborate with school boards, post-secondary institutions, education ministries, and technology organizations across Canada to bring responsible AI literacy to every classroom.

Collaborative Approach

Building a Stronger Education Network Together

EduPath Canada was founded on the principle that meaningful change in education requires collaboration. Since 2017, we have built lasting partnerships with more than 150 organizations across every province and territory. These relationships allow us to stay close to the realities of Canadian classrooms while delivering programs that reflect the diverse needs of our education system.

Our partners range from the largest urban school boards in Toronto and Vancouver to rural education authorities in Northern Ontario, Saskatchewan, and the Territories. Each partnership begins with a shared commitment to responsible AI adoption and a recognition that educators deserve practical, grounded support rather than abstract theory.

We also collaborate closely with faculties of education, provincial teacher associations, and non-profit organizations focused on digital equity. These alliances ensure that our programs remain accessible, culturally relevant, and aligned with the professional development standards that Canadian educators expect.

Who We Work With

Partner Categories

Public School Boards

We work with public and Catholic school boards across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and every other province. Our engagements with these boards typically include district-wide professional development sessions, policy framework development, and multi-year AI integration roadmaps. Each program is adapted to the board's existing technology infrastructure and curriculum priorities.

Post-Secondary Institutions

Universities and colleges across Canada partner with us to develop AI literacy modules for both students and faculty. We support faculties of education in preparing the next generation of teachers to use AI tools responsibly, and we work with academic integrity offices to create clear, enforceable policies around generative AI in assignments and research.

Teacher Associations

Provincial teacher federations and professional associations invite us to deliver keynotes, breakout sessions, and full-day institutes at their annual conferences and regional meetings. These partnerships give us direct access to classroom practitioners and allow us to gather real-time feedback that shapes our resource development and training methodologies.

Indigenous Education Authorities

We are honoured to collaborate with First Nations, Metis, and Inuit education authorities to ensure that AI literacy programs are culturally responsive and community-driven. These partnerships prioritize data sovereignty, local language preservation, and the integration of Indigenous knowledge systems alongside technology education. We approach every engagement with humility and a commitment to listening first.

Provincial Ministries

We consult with provincial and territorial ministries of education on policy development, curriculum alignment, and large-scale professional learning initiatives related to AI in schools. These engagements help shape the direction of AI education policy across Canada and ensure that our recommendations are grounded in the regulatory landscape of each jurisdiction.

Non-Profit Organizations

We partner with non-profits focused on digital equity, youth empowerment, and STEM education. These collaborations allow us to extend our reach into underserved communities, provide free or subsidized training to educators in high-need areas, and contribute to research that advances understanding of how AI can support inclusive learning environments across the country.

What Partners Say

Voices from Our Network

"EduPath Canada helped our district develop a comprehensive AI use policy that we rolled out to all 85 of our schools. Their team understood our provincial privacy requirements and made the process remarkably straightforward. The policy templates alone saved our IT and curriculum departments months of research."

MR

Margaret R.

Superintendent, Peel District School Board

"As a Faculty of Education, we needed a partner who could help us prepare pre-service teachers for classrooms where AI is already present. EduPath delivered a four-part workshop series that our student teachers rated as the most practical professional learning of their program. We have renewed the partnership for a third year."

DK

Dr. David K.

Associate Dean, University of Alberta

"Our teacher federation brought EduPath in for our annual conference, and the response was outstanding. The session was grounded in real classroom scenarios, and every attendee left with a resource packet they could use the following week. We have already booked them for next year's regional PD events across the province."

How We Partner

The Partnership Process

1

Introductory Call

We schedule a 30-minute introductory call to learn about your organization, your current approach to AI in education, and what outcomes you are looking for. This is a no-obligation conversation designed to find common ground.

2

Alignment Review

Our team reviews your strategic priorities, curriculum framework, and any existing AI policies. We identify where our expertise overlaps with your needs and propose an engagement structure that respects your budget and timeline.

3

Partnership Agreement

We formalize the partnership with a clear scope of work, deliverables, and a timeline. Partnership agreements range from single-event engagements to multi-year strategic relationships. Every agreement includes clear expectations for both parties.

4

Deliver & Evolve

We deliver the agreed services and collect feedback at every stage. Partnerships are reviewed quarterly, and we adjust our approach based on what is working, what has changed, and where new opportunities have emerged within your organization.
