From foundational AI awareness workshops to advanced certification tracks, our programs equip Canadian educators and institutions with the knowledge and tools to integrate artificial intelligence responsibly into teaching and learning.
Every program we offer has been developed in collaboration with practicing Canadian educators, curriculum consultants, and provincial education advisors. Unlike generic technology training, our programs are deeply rooted in the realities of Canadian schools: bilingual contexts, diverse student populations, provincial curriculum standards, and strict data privacy regulations under PIPEDA and provincial statutes like FIPPA.
Each program pathway is modular, allowing your school or district to begin where it makes sense and expand over time. Participants receive practical resources they can use the following week, not abstract theory that gathers dust. Our facilitators are former classroom teachers and administrators who understand the pace and pressures of school life in Canada.

Choose the pathway that aligns with your institution's goals and your team's current level of AI familiarity.
The Foundations Track is designed for schools and educators who are just beginning to explore AI in education. This program introduces core concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI in plain language, with no technical background required. Participants gain a clear understanding of what AI can and cannot do in a classroom context, learn to evaluate AI tools critically, and develop baseline digital literacy skills that support informed decision-making.
Built for educators who have a foundational understanding of AI and are ready to bring it into their teaching practice, the Integration Track focuses on practical application. Participants learn to design AI-enhanced lessons aligned with provincial curriculum expectations, create assessment rubrics that account for AI-assisted student work, and use AI tools to differentiate instruction for diverse learners. This track includes collaborative planning sessions where teachers develop resources they can use immediately.
The Leadership Track is tailored for school administrators, department heads, and board-level decision-makers who need to guide their institutions through the complexities of AI adoption. This program covers governance frameworks, policy development, procurement evaluation, community engagement strategies, and change management. Participants leave with draft policies, communication templates, and a phased adoption roadmap specific to their district or school.
Our student-facing programs bring AI literacy directly to learners in age-appropriate, engaging formats. Elementary students explore how algorithms recognize patterns through hands-on activities and group challenges. Middle school students investigate data collection, bias, and digital citizenship. High school students examine generative AI, academic integrity, and career pathways in technology. Every session is co-facilitated by our team alongside classroom teachers to build lasting capacity within the school.
Our facilitators travel to your school or board office to deliver programs in person. On-site delivery is ideal for staff PD days, school-wide professional learning communities, and events where face-to-face collaboration enhances the experience. We bring all necessary materials, and sessions are tailored to your physical setup and available technology.
For geographically dispersed districts or teams that prefer remote learning, we offer fully interactive virtual sessions. Delivered via widely used video conferencing platforms, these sessions include breakout rooms, collaborative documents, real-time polling, and screen-sharing demonstrations. Participants receive digital resource kits before each session and follow-up materials after.
Many of our partner districts combine on-site kickoff sessions with follow-up virtual workshops over several weeks. This blended approach gives participants time to apply what they learn between sessions, bring real questions back to the group, and build momentum gradually. The hybrid model is especially effective for multi-school district rollouts spanning different communities and time zones.
"The Foundations Track gave our staff the confidence to have meaningful conversations about AI with students and parents. The facilitators understood the Ontario curriculum perfectly and made every activity relevant to our daily work. I walked away with lesson plans I used the following Monday."

"As a principal, the Leadership Track helped me understand how to approach AI policy without overreacting or ignoring the issue. The roadmap we built during the program became the foundation for our school board's AI acceptable use policy. The process was practical and well-structured."
Marc T.
Principal, Gatineau
"My Grade 10 students were completely engaged during the student workshop. They loved the hands-on activities and had a genuine discussion about bias in AI systems. It was one of the most productive sessions of the semester, and the EduPath facilitator worked seamlessly alongside me in the classroom."
